By Cheryl Crumb While I was General Manager of Celestica in Monterrey, Mexico we engaged Cheryl numerous times as a Training Consultant to build the knowledge and skill base of my middle and senior managers relative to customer relationship management (CRM). Her training supported our “Customer First” corporate initiative. I personally attended many of those sessions and was always impressed by Cheryl’s factual and detailed descriptions/examples as she communicated her message. She was extremely articulate and had an outstanding command of how best to build a strong and sustaining customer experience. Cheryl certainly exceeded our expectations and many attendees told me how much they improved their CRM skills as a result of her superior knowledge and presentation techniques.
